REAL COMMENTS FROM HAPPY CUSTOMERS
Robson K.

Almost too good to be true At first i was skeptical of the build quality of the power bank given how much power it has because i have seen others with half the power with higher prices and bad build quality. I have had it two days now and I am pleasantly surprised at the build quality, this device is almost too good to be true and i would recommend it to everyone. This will be a great device for me when i go on holiday.

Braydon D.

Thanks! Very good product so far, with massive power storage. Charges devices a little slower than other sources but that's expected, along with it's understandably very long recharge time. Otherwise pretty great, I like how it turns off when closed. USB port area could be a little more convenient but not a problem with a right-angle USB cable.

Vito H.

Beautiful Power Bank Delta's design is amazing and really stands out from any other power packs out there. i can recharge my Galaxy S5 twice before it runs out of juice. my only issues is the ihope label on the device, but that doesn't detract from the beautiful design.

Sasithorn P.

The Best One! Amazing design with a compact size. I'm looking forward to buy the second one.

  • Anyone got one of these power banks? I'd love to hear your opinion.

Also, rep, I'm confused about the built-in "input/output" cable on the Delta. Can you please explain that to me? What are the 2 sides? I'm kinda hoping that "input" is a micro USB connector I can stick straight into my devices. As in, "input" to my device being charged?

    • Hi, Jazoom. Thanks for asking. Please check http://www.milkr.com.au/products/delta-6000mah-dual-usb-outp… to read real customer comments about the "Delta". The "input/output" cable means this cable is multi-functional. There are two connectors on the cable. One is USB connector can be used for charging "Delta" itself (by plug into the usb port of your desktop). The other one is Micro USB connector can be used for charging your smartphones. Enjoy your shopping at Milkr:)

      • Excellent idea. So I don't need to remember to carry a USB to micro USB cable as well. I wish the Max had something like that, but I probably prefer the convenience of the built-in cable over the higher capacity.

You should probably think about switching around "input" and "output" on that diagram because it's showing the opposite of what you just told me.

Also, I must be having a bad day, because I can't see any "customer comments" on that page.

        • Exactly! That's why "Delta" won the iF design award this year. Would you let me know your Operation System and browser you are using? Or could you try to open the product page on your smartphone or tablet?

        • @milkr: Haha, I just found Lukian mentioning the "input/output" being backwards a week ago here: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/171849

I guess it's not just me.

I'm using Latest Chrome on Windows 7. The page appears to render fine. I just can't see any comments anywhere. Would Ghostery be blocking them?

Edit: Yup, Ghostery was blocking them. Sorry.

        • @jazoom: lol you got me! One of our designer now is fixing the picture.

I got the MAX recently and am very happy with it. I hope it performs as well in 6 months but so far so good.

  • So does the 8000mAh Blade go 500 cycles as well?

Good deal thanks, will probably sell out soon with Christmas shopping. Is delivery 3 or 4 days to Brisbane?

    • Thanks for asking. Yes! The "Power Blade" uses premium lithium-polymer battery cell, will still retain up to 80 per cent of its original capacity after 500 full cycles of charging and discharging. From my experience, it would be delivered within 4 business days to Brisbane, as our warehouse is located in eastern Brisbane:) You could also read our delivery policy at here http://www.milkr.com.au/pages/delivery Enjoy your shopping at Milkr.

      • So now I'm confused, I thought the 85% was converion effeciency all up including holding charge.

So the BOSS is at 90%, why? Is it next gen? Aren't all your batteries Li-Po?

Wish the Blade was 10000mAh for that price or around $75.

  • Doesn't seem like a great deal when comparing the below

It would have been nice if you had put pics like the below to compare the actual size than mentioning it in Lbh

? They're not even the same product. They are no names.

    • Thanks for your comment. Power bank is not just about battery capacity. The designers and engineers need to work together to solve series of problems, find perfect balance between body design, portability(weight and size), battery capacity, circuit chipset protection, charging speed, usability, reliability, durability and cost. Considering the comprehensive user experience that the above power banks could deliver, we can confidently say that they worth every penny.

      • Those are the typical sales dialogues. Also all companies goes through those phases to have their products built. I can hardly see any info about your company in your "About us" section. http://www.milkr.com.au/pages/about-us. + Cant find any genuine user reviews regarding your products other than 5-10 customer reviews on your site. Not much info about ur product anywhere else (Amazon, Google, JB Hifi etc )

        • As a small startup team from Brisbane, we prefer to use our limited resources on improving user experience of the website, shortening delivery time or providing 100% satisfaction guarantee for customers rather than hiring someone to write good words for us. In the About Us section, we explain the origin of the name MIlkr and the ideas behind it. We express our dream, the things we are going to do. And you could also find the company address, email address and ABN/ACN in Contact Us section or footer. You still hardly see any info about Milkr? What else do you want to know about Milkr? The reason you can't find much info or many reviews about our products is because they are recently released, and Milkr.com.au is the exclusive Oz on-line retail channel for them. Even though we are still working on getting more people to try our excellent products, having 6 positive customer reviews from 0 is good result to the small startup team like us. Maybe it's nothing to you, but it means a lot to Milkr.

  • Mr. Rep, My intention here is to help Ozbargain users like me to get the best deals available (I have benefited enormously from other Oz bargain users suggestion in the past to choose the right product for the right price). I just provided Ebay links of similar products which I think a decent deal compared to yours. I did purchased one of those Ebay Power bank and using it for past 8 months without any issues. While there are many poor quality product on Ebay, I don’t think all of them are like that.

About US information such as = Company established date, Board members, No of staff etc. You don’t even have a contact telephone no mentioned on your contact us section (http://www.milkr.com.au/pages/contact-us).

Your Quote “Customers rather than hiring someone to write good words for us.” Come ‘on Rep, How can you degrade your fellow competitors like this. For e.g. check out this link and those 400+ customer reviews, Do you think all of them are paid writers. If that’s the case, then why should I believe those 6 of your reviews, those too can be paid reviews as well.

    http://www.amazon.com/PowerBot-Universal-lightning-Sensation… Do you think
    http://www.amazon.com/myCharge-Sojourn-1000-Rechargeable-Pow…
    http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Galaxy-GT-I9500-Factory-Unlock…
I can show you other products which has better design than yours and capacity too. And I can explain you in detail about the hypocrisy in your explanation (“ designers and engineers need to work together to solve series of problems, find perfect balance between body design, portability(weight and size), battery capacity, circuit chipset protection, charging speed, usability, reliability, durability and cost” = Product doesn’t get created out of the blue for others too). But I don’t have to waste yours and mine time for it.

If you are a sensible person, I am sure you would understand where I am coming from. There is no way I am telling your product is not up to the mark. I am just shedding some light for the Ozbargain users benefit, as we always do, so ppl can make informed decision. So no hard feelings pls.

Hope you will have a fruitful business year and all the best for your company’s future endeavors.
