Thanks. Got the watch and a 10 pack of Eveready batteries for $79.50 (ish). Better than the last deal IMO.

Just checked In the shop that dse is price matching OW. If you click and collect you could use coupon code "20bells" for $20 off on anything $99 above , so you need to add with $10 item to make use of coupon code .

Got the watch during the last sale and have to say it is fantastic. Especially great for fitness usage like running and cycling.

    • Yea thanks to OzBargain, and its contributors and OP's, I have just discovered the utility of having one of these Pebbles at a reasonable price point. Great little device, can't wait to witness future developments in the Google wear department and what other manufacturers are bringing/will bring. I used to think it was a bit geeky to wear one. Now I couldn't give a toss.

Love getting my Android notifications through it, especially controlling Google Play Music, choosing watch faces and utilities, playing with APPs for Pebble etc. Streams out to me where ever I am at the house, with the phone sitting in a prime mobile reception spot at the window. Great BT range.

Never knew such a simple device could be so effective in allowing me to filter the crap coming through my phone! No more periodic/automatic/addictive reach for my mobile in my pocket so see what I have missed on Moto vibration/Active Display. It's all in the wrist.

Battery saver: Don't need to consult Moto X any more to get messages/email etc (unless I want or need to reply), thus saving oodles of battery due to the minimal use of on screen time. Not to mention the robust vibration when something comes through the Pebble. @ $89 a very worthwhile experience that has whetted my appetite for more.

As a cross platform device with E-Paper performance, and huge battery life, excellent value here I think.

Is it really saving your phone battery given that you now have to have Bluetooth on all the time?

        • I did say that - yes, and that's my experience - definately, as my phone screen on usage is now minimal, thus resulting in better battery life. Pretty self explanitory don't you think?

  • any good suggestions for a $10 item?

If you need batteries, the energizers are at 25% off and there are a few combo's that can get you to $10 or above, the 20 nos AA for $14 is not bad if you can get stock near to you for collection.
