        Nah they are really arseholes when it comes to this (well, at least when I last contacted them).
        Basically I needed to change shoe sizes and they refused. But they authorised a refund (so I bought another pair of shoes with right size) where I lose 20% of what I paid for….

          no reason it shouldn't work. i've used the bday code before. the min $60 spend covers the order total before any discounts/store credit/shipping.

    Has anyone received their $20 vouchers yet? Was it as simple as placing an order of $60 to be eligible for the voucher or was a code required? I placed 2 orders both of which were more than $60 and i'm wondering when the coupons will be received

    is the voucher a generic code that is only valid for the the accounts that made the purchase like the taxtime one?
