    The list of games is terrible. It doesn't include River Raid, Pitfall, Frogger, Double Dragon, Euduro, Ice Hockey, or even Battlezone.

    I'm an Atari 2600 fan… it was my first gaming console. But seriously, that list is dreadful. It won't even take cartridges.

  Mate got one of these a while ago and was so disappointed it didn't have the better games like paceman or space invaders.

    He might have got an earlier version. This looks like the 5th version, and Space Invaders is listed above in the OP. Not really interested….I assume you could probably play these on an emulator if you wanted to.

    However, giving it a + as it brought back good memories of receiving the original Atari for Christmas when I was a kid in early 80's. Best Christmas present ever….until the C64 came along. ;-)

  I respect the pioneering spirit of these early consoles and games, but even as a dedicated gamer, I can't sit and play these games. Respect where respect is due, but I'll keep my 69 shekels.

  On another note, the Atari documentary, in which they pursue the E.T. game cartridge landfill legend, which I think is free on Xbox video, is a fascinating watch.

  not really sure this is a deal - got one of these from target for $24.95 on clearance…

  and yes the list of games is absolutely dreadful
