Did you look have one eye closed? I think that's the missing part of your combo.
Normally it goes right through. Maybe try a different browser. For the record, were you already logged in? Which browser were you using?

Did some two days ago. Still logged in on FF 34.
That could be it, as just updated from FF31 to 34. Will keep clicking and give another browser a go.
