Netflix, Hulu Subscriptions Cheap on eBay

Just found these guys selling access to accounts very cheap on ebay. EDIT: To clarify, shared accounts.
Netflix is $1.86 for 12 months, Hulu is $7.98 for 12 months.
Another Netflix here available in Australia for $1.49.
Worth the risk?

  • I would like to know as well~

  • I've read many forum posts where accounts have been terminated as they have been funded using stolen credit cards which normally work for a while until discovered.

Edit: looks like its a shared account which if your both on at the same time one will get a warning, now if you change the account password the payee will wonder what's going on and get Netflix to reset the password and whilst doing so find out their account has probably been hacked and shared without their consent.

Edit 2: Worth the risk?, depends how honest you are.

  • That's really cheap. I bought my 12 month Hulu+ sub from an eBay seller based in Poland for $30 in May. So far so good.

I've read similar posts where Hulu/Netflix will flag your account. However, in all the cases I have read they credited the customer.

  • If your too stingy for $10 a month or $0.33c a day for your own account with up to 2 people at once. you sir are too much of a tight ass.

    • Ill take that as a complement

  • If your not paying then why not just stick to pirating whatever you want to watch?

    • +1

Convenience. Instant viewing. Good video & audio quality. No trojans or viruses. Always something new and interesting to watch - a lot of hidden gems you probably never would've watched. Can watch it directly on my TV or tablet, no need to spend hours figuring out how to convert it and transfer it.

Torrenting just seems like too much of a hassle once you've given Netflix & similar services a good go. First you have to find a torrent with decent seeds, then you have to wait to download it, then you have to make sure it's not shitty quality, then you have to get it on your TV somehow.

Netflix is just streamlined and too easy. I always find myself binge-watching TV shows and doing movie marathons. Sure you might not get the very latest on-air tv shows and new release movies, but there's more than enough good content to keep you pre-occupied in the meantime.

  • 'Shared' accounts = Hacked accounts just FYI.

  • No it's not. Shared accounts are usually stolen accounts where they just collect as much $$$ as they can before the account is shut down. They're also against the T&Cs.

Netflix is only $9 a month. It doesn't exactly break the bank.

Same with very very cheap gift cards (which Netflix doesn't do btw - or they didn't a while ago). If an annual service costs about $100, there's no way anyone would be selling a legimitate gift card for $30. Usually they're bought with stolen credit cards.
