This Pear Cider comes from a recipe devised in the 1930s, and is intended for easy drinking, good times and occasionally a sauna. It is light, fresh and fruity – a delicate, massively drinkable cider that shows its premium quality from the first sip.

Note On Expiries: This Cider won’t go “bad” or “off” the second that it’s marked “best before,” it just can’t be sold after this date. Don’t feel you have to drink it all before New Years if you don’t want to!

  You can't be serious? A $10 saving after shipping for a carton that expires in 9 days. Not worth it in my opinion.

    Was thinking the same thing. That's probably more realistic if it must be sold… unless they only have one carton left, and aren't really trying to sell at a "crazy deal."

  For anyone wondering, delivery for a single case is $8, so you'd end up paying about $57 for a case of almost expired cider. You may think it would become more worthwhile if you ordered a couple, but no; delivery for 2 cases doubles to $16! LOL. This really is one of the more epic "rep fails" I've seen in a while.

  I do thank you for trying reppy, but a few words of advice for the future:

  1. Unless you really are offering an outstanding deal, don't use overstated language, like "get in fast for a crazy deal" or "we just have to clear at any price!"

  2. It would have been better not to patronise us with "dumbed-down" statements about the meaning of best-before dates on bottled cider. It is you who HAS to sell this stuff before that date, and we are well aware that if we buy it we do not have to use it by that date.

  I sincerely do thank you for trying, and hope that you will continue to post (better/decent?) deals on here in the future. Just don't over-state your hand next time, aye?
