Yup the 712pros are really well priced. I would have bought them if I haven't taken the plunge for the Massdrop K7xx.

UK guys have started receiving their shipment this morning. Mine was posted on the 17th of Dec. Massdrop support team says they might take 3-4 weeks plus more for Christmas..
I think Massdrop are overstating the delivery time to be safe
air-mail door 2 door is less or slightly more than a week so some of us may get it before Christmas also :)
the Australia Post contractors work really long hours this week and will still be delivering until nightfall

To add to the point, my parcel from Massdrop took like 10 day ish? So who knows, you might be in for a christmas surprise. (Also kinda jealous, I was thinking about buying it, had to let go because of Black Friday shopping)

I have the new MSI Z series board which has it's 'supposedly' discreet audio card part with it's own power connected directly from the PSU on a 12v line instead of taking motherboard's power.
In order to keep international shipping costs low, the UPS-MI service does not offer tracking updates for packages sent outside of the USA. We are looking into other cost effective methods to ship internationally and plan to offer more options in the future.

@shadowarrior: Hmmm, I was actually going to recommend Head-Fi, because I've seen some people, Australians, selling their amp and DAC there. Hmmm, I am out of ideas.
I just received the Denon D5000 last week so I'd be having fun with that whilst waiting for the Massdrop AKG.

Traded quite a fair bit since 2002 on Head-fi and had no problems whatsoever. Probably avoid new members if that helps?

Anybody received their Massdrop AKG yet? NZ guys seems to be receiving them already.
All are pretty forgettable AKGs. Nothing really worth the price.
