I'm thinking this is a typo as the red color is $49 when I looked/ordered it at 5pm.
I couldn't use/stack a voucher code I had ($20) with the thankyou code,bugger.Just a heads up for those that still have the $20 voucher to use, it expires on the 31st Dec, so don't forget and check your email (from their promo they had awhile ago).
I checked StaticICE and the cheapest is $99 from Wireless/NSW, so a real bargain IMHO.
These have been around for a short while (in Aus at least), but I cant recall the RRP.I also agree with Melbboy, I'm happy to buy Creative products, great quality/build, customer service (dealt with them a few times via email) and fair price on replacement parts.

Sold out. Tried to get one for a mate and it was in my shopping cart. Was told it was out of stock when I tried to pay. Grrrrr. Just seconds too late. If it's in the cart they should allow you to buy it at least for a short time window (like Ticketek)
I agree with you. If you got x number of minutes then they would probably get more sales. If I wasn't so rushed to get out and not lose the deal, I would have looked for more stuff. Even though I don't particularly like COTD, I still would have shopped to maximize those shipping dollars. When forced to purchase though, I'm straight outa there!

These things are like the modern day "boombox". Will be great for outdoor entertaining, picnics, and the like. I thought condensation might be a problem in the bathroom(steam and moisture getting into it) as one poster raised as their preferred use. You could use it in the toilet though, if you enjoy extended periods of sitting down and need some accompanying tunes (newspaper optional).
Newspaper? That's blasphemy, toilet time should be Ozbargain time.

Got mine yesterday (quick delivery). For the $21, the quality is actually quite good. Not as good as the top brands, but better or equal to some of the mid models.

Was really amazed at the sound quality of this unit, I have it going with aptX on my Lumia 930 and with both devices on full volume it's almost too loud to listen to. Very little distortion, reasonable stereo separation and overall solid build quality.
It can be comfortably heard throughout my apartment in any room. I have a BT capable HT but this is great for quick pairing and portability. As it charges over USB it will be great to use with portable charge packs too.
I think it's comfortably worth the $49 Creative were selling them for. I'm very impressed.

Mine refuses to charge and will only run while plugged in to a wall plug USB, not the charger that came with it.

They just gave me a credit so it must not have been the only complaint. Odd that no one else seems to have had the same problem?
Why would you infer that? If I were you though I would have asked for a replacement. It's a great unit (when it works)
