Very similar specs to this one from COTD for $500 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/176984
Except your one has an entry-level graphics card which beats the Intel HD Graphics 4400, but for battery only 37WHrs vs the 41WHrs from COTD. Also it looks like yours don't have a DVD drive.
Sorry can't say much about the ergonomics but price wise it is good imo for the specs.
