  I bought some of these on ebay from this seller and ended up getting a partial refund because it is not Waterproof as the O ring rubber seals are missing, power consumption was measured at 0.3W and the light output is really pathetic.
  It is suitable for bugger all

    Like fastdude says.

    I bought these labelled as "Police"; only way cops could use them would be to chuck at crooks.
    Not a deal really because this torch is so seriously useless.

    Absolutely pathetic compared with the Cree I bought from OzB listed deal for similar $.
