Received a new email from Pushys yesterday (unfortunately only saw it today). Not a historical low, but not terrible.

Expires Monday 11PM.     Thanks OP! Was waiting for this moment. Assume this one has AU warranty and I can claim GST from TRS?

      Should have Au warranty. My wife purchased me the GoPro Hero 3+ back in July from Pushys. I've not had to test out the warranty though.
      You should be able to claim the TRS? I've never tried with anything from Pushys, although I've heard (on here) that their ABN is lacking from the receipt, so you may need to request a one with the ABN on it for TRS purposes.

        Thanks! I saw that post from OZB too. But it's weird to have a tax invoice without any ABN. I am hoping someone purchased from them before did get a invoice. It's still a good price though even without TRS. Hopefully they will honor the deal (even they claim it's a 'mistake').

        The last GG eBay pay & pick deal was $385. Pitty I missed that one.

      Yes thats right!
      I just called them and they said, its never been that cheap.
      I did see it that cheap and when I added some peripherals, the price went UP!
      They must have made a mistake.
      Argh!
      I was going to pay $450 on weekend, and seen this and went WOW PERFECT!
      Ohh well…next time maybe

    Marked Expired. They have modified the price from what the email originally said (Which was 439.20 plus an additional 10% off) to $479.99, less 10% to $432.

    Urgh… that's annoying… now I look like a liar.

      No you are NOT as I seen it!
      Just when I added some extra items, it went UP so I can vouch it was 100% correct at time.
      I think they did it to get a heap of people to look and realised selling to many :)

      Having said that I haven't received a confirmation of the order yet so fingers crossed while I wait for it to be processed.

    Ive seen Pushy's make similar mistakes in the past, i find you need to watch their prices carefully particularly during sales

      No stock (hence I made it the Silver). It was initially preorder on that, but they changed that to an in-stock email notice.

    Anyone who is interesting about the ABN and TRS stuff. I can see the online invoice contains the ABN. So it should be fine.
