- Click reason for replacement
- Enter Lego set number
- Select missing parts and add to list
- Enter reason (broken etc) and add to bag
- Click checkout
- Enter shipping details and email
- You'll receive a confirmation email 1 or 2 hours later

This has always been free, I bought a sent about 3 years ago which was a very old rare set. Missing one piece and got it replaced, no questions.

I hate to let you down , but the one time I tried my Meg Ryan, from *when Harry met Sally", impersonification , the mrs thought I was having a really bad leg cramp :( Maybe I wasn't loud enough o.O
You really need to give it your all for those kind of things.
This isn't a deal. Lego replaces missing parts from their sets. They don't replace lost parts. Don't exploit it people or they will stop offering such good service.
Another option if you find a piece missing is to simply take it back to the store for a refund/replacement. Probably quicker than ordering a part in from the USA.
I managed to order a complete (rare) Lego set by taking advantage of this service, including the box (I claimed it was worn and squashed when I bought it). So now off to ebay to make some money.

Thanks OP my little brother was missing some pieces from his last set, I added the 6 parts into the cart and it goes through and asks for my address when I put it in and press next nothing happens?

I was missing a piece when I get the Simpsons set in usa (damn annoying) but they sent it no questions ask (I didn't have the box so couldn't even give them the serial number)
does take a month to arrive!
Had the same problem with the Simpsons house
They don't replace lost pieces. They only replace ones that have broken, or were missing to start with (both very rare scenarios). This is covered under Australian law anyway (under warranty), so it's not "free" nor a bargain.
