  Just lodged my claim. Unfortunately on the receipt although I bought a Jacob's Creek Trilogy NV, it only shows Trilogy on the receipt.
  Anyone have an experience with that being fine?

  Well, mine came as well, but it appears to either be broken or the starter gas bottle is empty. Only a tiny bit of gas comes out.
