I googled this, there aren't any reviews and some websites claim that it uses 'Genuine Samsung lithium cells', while some sites don't.
Best to take the capacity rating with a grain of salt too.

I'm really happy with my Xiaomi power bank, so would prob give this deal a miss considering we don't know much about the brand.
