Yeah great tv for price. The menu and remote are the only downsides in my opinion !
Audio is pretty crap, hollow and no top end, BUT cheap enough.
sound is horrible
hooked up a 2.1 brand name setup and its fine
Sound is crap yes, but you get 3.5mm and rca out so no biggie. The speakers by themselves are ok if you don't have the volume up too high. I have found though that the tv speakers on my sony led (about 3 years old) are better than this, but even then are still not great.
Same, bought also at @224.10 pick up…..NO DEAL HERE!
224.10 was a sweet deal, but I guess to be fair that was through the ebay store and using a code whereby ebay refunded dse a price difference for the promotion. $349 was always too much for this tv imo, $300 i think is a fair price, but not the best its ever been (224.10 :P )
They need to bring back the 47.5" @ $229
Picked this up for 224.10 a month or two ago. Very happy with it for that price. Has USB playback of major formats, USB record, HDMI arc and cec, and a metric (profanity) load of io.
