In the terms and conditions it says there are random times determined for every win during the promo and the first eligible entrant to enter after the pre-determined winning times will win. So it's pretty much completely random
OK cool, sometimes Ozbargainers work out how to maximise win's for random competitions so thought I might try my luck in asking!!
Everyday predetermined times change, and if someone beats you to that predetermined time or is the first one to enter after the predetermined time they win. So basically you got all these people entering and if they beat you to that time by even a microsecond you lose. You get one entry a day and the chances of that entry winning anything is pathetically low. I've won though so there is no reason to get your hopes down miracles are always possible but extremely extremely extremely unlikely. There are 7 prizes a day for the rest of the competition and 86400 seconds a day, pick the right second and you win.

I've won, but I'm yet to receive an email regarding redemption.
For some reason I thought that 11:59PM they would give a prize away as a predetermined time, so i've been restraining myself and saving my entry for 11:59PM. 11:59PM comes i click as fast as humanly possible and guess what, I WON nothing. Should have expected as much though. At least I have a prize that I won a few days back.

At the least people who won on DAY 1 are supposed to have been contacted today because it is exactly 2 weeks from the day they entered. If anyone has been contacted it would be appreciated to know how to redeem our giftcards, unless bupa is lying or makes us wait more than they initially said.

Still haven't received any form of prize/ prize redemption.
I've found out from people not on ozbargain that they've been waiting more than two weeks like most people here for their vouchers to come. At this point, the fact they're are not abiding by the rules of their terms and conditions, makes me doubt that they will ever distribute those gift certificates. But I guess all we can do is wait and see.
I've inboxed their Facebook, no response as of yet. This is dodgy, especially if they name me on their blog without the prize. :(

Anyone got anyway of redeeming gift certificate? all i've gotten is a stupid newsletter saying that they are excited i entered the competition. They sent this to everyone who entered winners and losers. It looks like they're are not sticking with their terms and conditions. They probably won't end up giving us gift certificates.
That sucks. I wonder what's taking them so long. They can't not fulfill it considering 100 winners is quite a number to anger.
They can do whatever they want, in about 4-5 days they will announce the winners and not give away any prizes. We cannot do anything about it if they don't give us our prizes then we won't get them.

I messaged the Bupa Facebook page, and posted on their wall, funnily enough they answered everyone else's posts but mine..
Something dodgy is going on.
Bupa isn't some dodgy 3rd party organisation but we can never really be sure if their competitions are legit they probably end up keeping the vouchers and giving it to their employees or something. I mean they haven't sent anything but a crappy newsletter and they haven't made any effort to explain or apologise for the delay.
Well everyone here it is….. 4 days till Bupa lists the winners on their blog and as far as I can tell no one has gotten their prize some people have been waiting 25 days some over 3 weeks others over 2 weeks and those who won on the 29th of January only 12 days. One thing remains constant and that is that Bupa Sucks! If your one of those lucky thousands of people who got a newsletter from Bupa where Bupa tells people how excited they are that they entered the competition congratulations thats probably all your going to get.
