I stopped eating white rice years ago. No nutritional value at all - its just a starchy carbohydrate. Brown rice does have benefits though.
One way to improve your diet is to avoid eating anything white.

Thanks, been waiting for the big bag of brown rice special! Usually comes around either Coles or Woolworths every few months which is perfect for me.
The brown rice is $0.20 cheaper than the last deal i got from woolies. Dont forget your ME or ING card. Happy chewing.
