I thought i read last week that you guys were going to do a deal on the 10,400 this week? Maybe i read wrong? Ive had a tab open on my ipad for the 10,400 on your website for about a week checking the price each day lol.

Excuse my naivity, I have a nexus 5 which has a 2300mAh battery, does that mean this charger being 5200mAh should be able to charge it twice?

considering the power bank's conversion rate at around 85%, it should charge the nexus5 nearly 2 times :)
Thanks, I know there are certain variables such as charging while the phone is in operation so at least one charge is the minimum.

10400 is barely in the 'convenient' level, let alone 5200.
Banggood had the 10,400 for $16.45USD shipped just a few weeks ago so I'm not sure that this is such a great deal.

Do you guys ever open some of these up and check if they are genuine or not? Or is this information from your supplier? There's no way for us buyers to know if a product is genuine or not before buying. Only I can check is from the code provided by xiao mi.
I've taken apart the 10,400 I got from Mushtato. It was genuine. I can dig up my old post about it if you'd like to see some photos.
Bought from banggood before and it was a genuine Xiaomi. The 10400mah price was around $25 too from mushtato previously, so the price on 5200mAh units this time is not great.
Banggood sells the 5200 for $18.14. Surely $1.81 is worth local support and much faster shipping?
1.81 is not covering our GST T_T and the postage from our lovely Australia Post
Agreed that the shipping from BG did take weeeeeeks to get here and price differnce may be negated by that long wait. Was just putting forward that the banggood units were also original.

I bought 10400 in sept and is taking full day to charge :(. I have send email to Customer service to enquire about warranty replacement. Rep- Can I return item at your rydalmere store?
What charger and USB cable are you using?
Please make sure to use a 2A wall charger (tablet charger) to get the best result in charging power bank.
Also a good usb cable, sometime cheap cables can take twice longer than a nice one(the mini cable included in package in good for charging)
I would agree I was not using original cable. will try with original usb cable and let you know how I go.
Experienced similar issue with the same battery. Replacing cable made a huge difference (was trying to use the cable from another cheap battery).
Original Xiaomi cable is good.
