Need to buy a IPS screen Monitor 21-23" for office work from home (no gaming features needed).

The screen isn't the only thing that decides quality, its also about how they program the firmware to drive it.

If you're in a rush, just go price match some big store, that way you can see them in person too.

If you can wait, deals come around every couple of months.

Is there a particular budget you want to stick to? Any other requirements?

I personally use the IPS237L, which is an old model from LG, and that's not too bad. That's the precursor for the LG EA53V or EA63V.
