  Very nice, these M-80s are rated 8th on head-fi if anyone is wondering, and is for bass heads.

    Um, not really…

    You might be thinking of M-100, or more likely Crossfade LP/LP2…but M-80 are more balanced.

    I guess it depends on your point of reference, but I most definitely would not count them as a basshead headphone!

    Don't get this for bass. If you want the ultimate bass experience, save up for a JVC SZ2000.

      I didn't say get them for bass, but they do bass well. They do everything well for <$150 IMO.
