That's weird! It's not on the entry form for me and I definitely didn't have to put it in anywhere. I'm using Chrome, this is what the entry form shows for me:

@scubacoles: I also tried on mobile (Safari) and no policy box there. I double checked the Terms and Conditions and it doesn't say anything about having to have a policy.
