i am looking for a decent bundle for either of the new generation consoles, might sound like a tight ass, but I'm not willing to spend more then 450$, I am kicking myself over and over again about not buying one over the Christmas period, and now there a no deals / places selling them ridiculously cheap. also looking for decent games. Not LBP3 and drive club, as that's what's coming with most bundles anyways.

"Decent games" is usually referred to popular games, such as GTA, Infamous, Halo, these are obviously console exclusives, so i dont mind which console there is a good deal for, thanks for your help.
CoD is a popular game, and I know a lot of people (including myself) that would definitely not refer to it as decent. In fact, I personally, would refer to it as a rehashed pile of nothing but capitalist greed and hatred for its own fans, with less content every year at the same price and twice the pretentiousness.
Dwarf Fortress is the best game I've ever played and likely ever will, and it's also hardly popular at all. Popularity has nothing to do with the quality of the product. McDonalds is popular, and everyone knows how awful it is, both for you and the taste.
But I digress on my "Casuals are destroying videogames" rant. Deals are scarce from Feb to March. April will start to pop up a couple of 'out of season' deals (but will likely have nothing sub-$450 with 2 games), and on the lead up/wind down from E3 in the middle of the year, consoles will be more reasonably priced (especially if they announce a "slim" or "larger capacity" version of the console)
But they realize that people are buying the consoles despite the starvation of games on the platforms, so they really don't need to try until E3. They'll sell anyway.

You should also consider the cost of ps+ or xbl if you intend to play online.

You have to realize, people don't care about the actual games anymore. It's more important to have dumb console features you'll never use, and to chase as many pixels as possible. Wow I can yell at my Xbone to turn it on. Wow, my friend can skype call me on my PS4 in the middle of the cutscene to talk over all the important plot. Look at all the pixels there are in games like Assassin's Creed Unity and Ryse! Boy I'm sure glad I paid $600 and an extra $60 a year for a console that plays games that get 5/10 from respectable review sources!
there isn't any deals for the new 3ds too. Even bigw and target don't do deals with new games such as MH4U and Majora's mask 3D. they usually have them on the catalog a week before release date, but not this time around :(
Can I ask, What is Counted as a Good Deal/Bundle to everyone?
For me its combination of game title you will enjoy and money you willing to pay ( definitely not RRP) which is considered as bargain for you.
For others, same deal will not be bargain as taste varies for games and consoles.
I paid around $23 for Sniper Elite 3 in December last year, played it for 6 weeks and sold it for same price. For me price I paid was bargain as I knew am gonna have fun time playing it. Later was able to sold it for price I paid, which was super bonus for me.

They knocked down the ps4 and 4 games to 525, I know over my budget, but sweet deal if you ask me.
I am a huge cynic. I need you to explain what you define as 'decent games' on the next generation consoles before I can find you deals for these. Because the only one I can think of is InFamous (and I'm not even into InFamous.) which is still full price everywhere right at this moment.
