hmmm… the exclusions excluded gaming consoles, software and accessories.. i tried applying it to the headset and it tells me that the code is not applicable… how are people managing to use this?

I was too slow. Only saw codes half hout before expiry. I couldn't make up my mind what to get.
So… They have been unable to satisfy my click and collect order… Can anything be done about this?
I had a real problem a year or so ago with the rechargable batteries, it was $140 for around $35 and probably undercost, took 3 phone calls and 3 trips but another store gave me the deal in the end…….keep pushing
They just refunded the money, without actually looking into how to deliver on the goods.
