Saw these on the shelf at Harvey Norman today. Regular price $99.95 and $69.95 respectively. Will work with any QI enabled phone.

Could be store specific, can't find them online. At least 5 of each left on the shelf when I left. Different colours available.

There were also some cheap iPhone 5/5s charging cases.

  • Unfortunately since they're all individually franchised, if it's not on the website, it's most probably store-specific.

Fantastic price for those in the area though!

  • Dang.. too far away for me.
Would get both in a heartbeat.

  • Great price. I have several at home and work. The fat boy is just a regular plate when you remove the pillow.
I think there are new models coming out.

    • DT-903. It's already available in Australia at certain retailers. It has a notification/charging glow. ~$90RRP and doesn't come with a wall adapter from what I could gather. Looks pretty though.

LOL - fair comment - but over time, the micro-usb ports can fail :-/ I've had to gingerly bend down the thin tongue on the Samsung nexus a couple of times to get it to charge. For those with kids, Siamese cats with an attitude [ as if there was another kind!] or clumsiness, not having a cable hard-plugged in the precious things is a good idea.

Also if your work involves getting up and down from your desk a lot, it'll be easier to keep your phone fully charged with a wireless pad as the moment you put it down, it'll be charging. No need for a messy cable that needs to be plugged and unplugged constantly.

  • Both are wireless charging systems … But which one is better ?

    • Definitely the fatboy as it costs $3 less and comes with the exact same charging plate as the $18 one, along with a pillow that you insert it into.

  • Can this charge phone with the case on?

  • 3 fat boys and 1 white DT-910 left.

    • Thanks for the update. I work nearby but I doubt there will be any left by Monday… :(

      • This was just before closing time i've checked what's left so if you head in on Sunday you may be able to get yourself one.

I notice that the OP has a different model of the charger which looks like the DT-900.

The DT-910 which is the last one left has a back plate to rest your phone vertically.

        • Ah yes I recall there were both Charging Stands (DT-910) as well as Charging Plates (DT-900). Didn't need the stand though so didn't purchase.

        • @jammy2006:
The dt-910 has nfc in the base of the desktop stand

  • All gone, Sunday noon.
