I think you need to change the name of your offerings. At best it's confusing and I'll spare you what I think is worst but it doesn't reflect well on you.
As far as I can tell you are not selling dedicated servers so why use that term when it implies that the user has all the resources as listed on your sales page as the term is commonly understood by my estimation. And the term cloud is vague and really without a strict meaning.
Not a bargain at all. I got 50 per cent off my first 6 mths of dedicated hosting for instance. It is standard to offer a discount of some sort.
Moving server is a major hassle, you need to make it better than 20 per cent just for one month when no doubt anyone who gets your hosting will be on it for a long time.
