          I just use McDonalds HQ address with a fake name or you can use something like this. And I've never heard of any reports of people getting banned for using a fake US address. I've spoken to a few Amazon reps and they've never had any problems with it.

          Use a Delaware address to avoid taxes. Use Google Maps to drop a pin and find an address.

      Only that you legally own the games… These packs are basically an emulator packaged with some roms anyways

      The 5 separate keys activate into one game, I guess you can call it an emulator.

      A download can 'sell out' because third parties purchase x number of licences from Steam. These are what you're actually purchasing, not the download itself. The licences are bought in chunks based on expected demand or availability on Steam's part.
