Only products that are in unworn and good condition will be accepted. Buttons ‘n’ Threads has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

So it could fall apart after being worn once, and that's it, sorry bad luck? And even if it wasn't worn we would have to mail it all the way back to India at our cost($$$), even though in your banned friends other post & on your website you advertise you're based in Sydney? And if you're based in Sydney why are you charging in USD?

Looks like you're trying to hide behind your Indian factory location in an attempt to avoid Australian consumer laws & Australian tax obligations. Your return policy is illegal in Australia.

No deal.
There are deals on Hallenstein for a 100% wool suit plus a shirt and tie for $219 AUD (current promo, as it is normally $269). They also have a more friendly return policy.

Can't trade in AUS with this kind of return policy. Also payment in USD?!!!
