6ft4, ~95kg. Did a Ironman 70.3 a few weeks ago, gained about 6kg since then (massive week holidaying in Singapore, drank more in 1 week than the last 6 months).

  • 5"7 67kg. solid muscle mass + some gut lol

  • 1.72m and my weight's 50.6kg :) I do eat a lot..does that make me a glutton? o.o

    • You sound incredibly thin. As far as eating a lot, sounds like your metabolism is working good. Lucky sob

  • 5'7 1/2 or about 172cm
    77-80kgs, fluctuates.
I think I carry the weight well due to being stocky though could do with losing a little podge around the stomach.

same here, the beer belly continues to prod the view of my manhood :(

      • Haha no where near that yet. My metabolism was awesome till I was 28. Never once had been above 65kgs even when trying. Then it suddenly went to hell and in the space of 3 months put on 8 kgs.

    178cm @ 90kg

abit of a gut but will hoppefully lose it in the next few months.

Anything else you need oh great CIA ASIO overlord? =P

  • 1.7m 47(-ish)kg
    I love food.

    • Ditto!

  • Nice try ASIO.

  • 178cm/5'11" and 55kgs. Mostly sedentary but walk about 2-3kms a day on average. Really shitty muscles due to a lack of stretching and being on the computer too long. Have a bit of tummy fat. I've found sitting for too and being sedentary requires willpower to really limit your eating in order to maintain weight etc. I used to be 53kgs but I must have added the 2kgs in the past 3 months due to shitty eating.

Hopefully I can lose the 5kgs and hit 50kg soon but I fear my metabolism is slowing down as I get older. If it helps I don't eat meat (which is perhaps why I am a bit thin even whilst being a lazy sod).

What about you ASIO officer reading this?

    • I envy you… I'll never hit 55kgs T_T

  • Gosh, i'm such a porker compared to some of the guys. I'm 1.7m, 60.5kg and female. Will work on my exercise!

how come most people who replied here are tall and fit however people I see everyday are mostly shortish and obese? :)

      Any combination of the following:

      1. OzBargainers value their health more.
      2. OzBargainers are stingier with food.
      3. Reporting bias.
    • Did not think I was too bad at 172 cm and 77-80kgs until I see people here saying taller and 50-55kgs. They sound like rakes to me.

    • Could be because your definition of fit is different…

Just because someone is 6 foot and weigh 50kg doesn't me they're fit, it might mean they're underweight. Same as a person that is 4 foot and weigh 130kg… yes i know this is exaggerating, but it could mean they have lean mass of 120kg.

These are all just numbers, whether they are true or not does not reflect the person being fit or not.

My definition of fit would be healthy, being underweight is not really healthy IMHO…

  • 155cm, 40kg. Feeling very small right now.

  • A lot of slender people here!
I'm 165cm 56kg. Skinnyfat - naturally slim but not as toned as I would like to be. Working on it. Reasonably fit.

  • 6'2ft
    90.7kg
