    The deal absolutely works. Don't be fooled by the price shown at initial check out; you have to go through and select click&collect at West Ryde before it will show as $0.

          Yeah would be so difficult! A simple message saying the deal has ended or is no longer available is all that was needed. Instead they just avoid it and ignore you. Terrible customer service.

          Not asking to update the thread at all - they had a customer service chat window on their website and I asked the customer service operator if any were still available or if there are any other deals available and they ended the chat session without a reply. I feel you haven't read the comments fully or understand what I or JV were referencing.

    I picked up mine earlier today. Its great that they are giving it away, I am grateful that they did this offer. But I have to say I am not surprised that people are complaining about the customer service response. The sales rep (maybe even the owner/manager?) seemed really arrogant and condescending when I walked in even before I asked for my order. If this was a promo to attract customers I would have thought they would have been more friendlier and showed me what it was they were selling, but instead I didn't feel comfortable staying around and look through what they had. Which is a pity as this promo certainly got people like me who never knew they existed, into the store. The attitude I got from them unfortunately meant I am unlikely to come back.

    The cables are really very great quality though, so overall an excellent deal.
