          No worries at all. It comes with instructions and is fairly easy to code. Locating the button to program the Gliderol remote on the motor panel can be a bit confusing sometimes so if you have any issues, please let me know.

    Don't even THINK about buying from this guy. JUST DO IT!!!

    I bought the incorrect remotes for my machine and he was even kind enough to ring me up to tell me how to re-program them to suit!!! His customer service is 110%! Arguably the best supplier of aftermarket remotes in Australia. The ones he sent me were even stronger and better built than the genuine units and they work better!

    Please don't think I'm a puppet. I bought four remotes off him and absolutely over the moon with the service and the price!

      totally agree with you kron, great after sale services. if have any prob just text them, get a respond straight away with solution and if a replacement needed, they organised on straight away. not many places offer those services after they already got the money from you.

    Better off buying from Remote Pro's ebay store http://www.ebay.com.au/usr/remote.pro.australia - It's cheaper than their actual website in most cases (e.g Boss compatible remotes are $11.25 with the 25% on their website, however they're about $8.85 regularly on their ebay store.)

    Wow, I had no idea these remotes are so inexpensive. Buying one to replace one of my garage remotes that I misplaced somewhere after hiding it when I went away (it will turn up shortly after receiving the new one).

      You can still purchase the blue remotes. We do not stock them. The cheapest place to purchase a genuine Merlin remote is eBay for about $35. However there is an aftermarket version by a company called Liftaway which is stocked at Bunnings for $20 ea. If you have any questions, please let me know.

      Hi,

      You can get a key ring sized remote for this door without a receiver. It's called an Elsema Key 301 remote and the cheapest place is ebay. Alternatively the receiver option is cheaper in the long run or if you need more than two remotes. If you have any questions, please let me know.

      We don't sell motors, only remotes. It depends if your door is a roller door or tilt/panel door. If it's a roller door it's really easy to install yourself. You can get a motor from Bunnings for around $250. The best brands are Merlin, ATA and B&D in no specific order. If you have any questions, please let me know.

      It depends on the remote. If it a rolling code remote, it cannot be copied. If it is a fixed code then it can be copied.

          If it is a fixed code then your remote will have little switches inside which is the code for the remote. If it is a rolling there is no one 'code'. The way a rolling code systems works is the remote must first be accepted into the motors memory and a new code will be agreed upon by the motor and the remote each time the door is operated.

    I have got one of those old GDO Dominator garage tilting door. I would like to buy two additional remotes which look like ATA-PTX4 or PTX5 (I m not sure). Does it comes with instructions for pairing/coding?

      Generally the dominator range uses a ptx5 remote. If your current remote has a metal piece at the bottom to attach to your keys then you need a ptx5. If it is all plastic then you need a ptx4. If you have any questions, please let me know.
