Share Cost on Chainmail Bikini

Hey Peeps,

So I'm interested in buying a copy of a comic currently being kickstarted called Chainmail Bikini

CHAINMAIL BIKINI is a comics anthology celebrating female gamers! Video games, RPGs, LARPing, and more.

It's US$40 for one copy, shipped. Or there is a "Retailer Bundle" for US$90 for 5 copies. I'm wondering if there would happen to be 4 other people who would be willing to split the cost with me. That's about AU$24 each!

I'm in Melbourne, and am willing to meet in the city to to the hand-off when the time comes, or I can forward ship it (although you'd have to pay the additional shipping).

    I was going to say the 'retailer pack' is only US$60, but then found the US$30 shipping cost to Australia.

      Yeah, if it wasn't for shippe, I would've just gotten the $25 option.

    Go ahead! We're glad you want to gift CHAINMAIL BIKINI with your friends. Just don't be a jerk about and collude to buy discounted copies or something.

      But seriously, I saw that and I thought "You know what? That's a good idea!".

      And really, what are they going to do about it? It's not like they're going to find out, and not ship you the comics.
      Maybe if you were buying them up for some group-buy program it'd be a problem, but I think it should be fine.

      I think this is more aimed at people in america who actually might get a worthwhile discount by doing this, But because we are in Australia and only getting it for $24 each it is only $1 cheaper than what would be paid if you got the second tier. They don't want people to buy that pack and split it so everyone only paid $12 or something.
