    By the way, I'm curious as to how you got the pamphlet. AFAIK the ikea catalogue is the same book distributed nationally so did you have to sign up to receive it this notification or was it delivered just like any other catalogues?

      They had the MALM chest in black-brown for $99 a month back (in Victoria Gardens), if I remembered correctly (b'cos I wanted to get it, but didn't cos the colour didn't match with my current furniture). Not sure if it's still discounted now though.

        Thanks for that, I'm not interested in the MALM chest though. Do you know if the Detof was/is discounted? And how did you find out about the discount?

          if you go to ikea they are handing it out all week. I went last monday to nab the Detof however it was in beech which looked very ugly and that was definitely 99 bucks. So this wed the Detolf black brown will be on special and looks alot better :D
