  I received my sample today, exactly one month after sign up.
  Came in a brown recycled paper styled DL envelope. Inside contains one single glossy plastic slip pouch container that commonly holds lotion etc with the 2ml/0.7oz/2g face mask inside, stuck to a post card body shop advertisement for the product.
  Haven't opened or used it yet.
