Got this at the Brisbane career fair today.

Can't combine with other coupons. Online only.

UPDATE: called customer service and uploaded the voucher to them. The rep said it should only give $10 off and not free shipping. I uploaded the voucher to him because it states:
"Valid on orders over $50. Free shipping included."
Will let everyone know when its been fixed. Sorry about that ladies and gentlemen…

UPDATE 2: after calling several times, the rep called me just 10 minutes ago. The code has been fixed and should now work compeltely ($10 off + free shipping).

  • Not sure if it's for new accounts only?

I'm experiencing this message upon final checkout (coupon applies successfully):
"Sorry, we were not able to process your transaction at this time. Please try to place the order again in a few minutes. If this error persists, please call Customer Service at or email [email protected] for assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience."

    • I got the same message. Couldn't proceed to check out :(

      • I haven't used the code personally, but the event (The Big Meet) was in Brisbane today. So perhaps it hasn't activated yet? Maybe support can help you clear the order?

    • Getting the same error as well?
I am not in Brisbane, maybe it is for brisbane only?

      • Oh, good thinking 99!

Edit: No such luck. Tried using my parent's Brisbane address :(

    • same problem.. don't know what to do /_\

Alright. The rep just called me back. The marketing team has fixed the issue. I just placed my order!

Has the code actually worked for anyone yet?

    • Only $10 off, no free shipping

  • Can anyone comment on uniqlo sizes? I jump between medium and large depending on the brand.. Being Japanese I'm assuming the sizes might be smaller?

UNIQLO Australia, UK and USA re-sized their sizes to fit the 'western' audience. So it will be different from Japanese sizes. S is around Size 10, M is Size 12-ish, L is Size 14-ish and XL is Size 16-ish for women. I cannot comment on men's sizes.

It's the same situation with men's. I bought a few Medium Uniqlo shirts when I visited Asia and when they opened here, bought a M shirt without trying it on (assumed it same sizing), but was too large. They do the same vanity sizing as local retailers so now I'm back to Small (I'm 180/70).

        • Same situation here lol

      • That's good to know. I bought some items from a store in Jakarta and the Ms were definitely something around XS in Aus haha

    • Im usually a Small but go medium for their long johns and basic tees!

    • Not smaller, get the medium.

      I have 2 hoodies and 2 T-shirts:

http://www.uniqlo.com/au/store/women-sweat-long-sleeve-full-… - Large fits me well
      but
      http://www.uniqlo.com/au/store/men-light-sweat-full-zip-hood… - X-Large fits me well

and the T-shirts: standard sizing (L)

    • I asked one of the staff in the Uniqlo Sydney store and they said that generally the size labeling here in Oz is one size down from the Asian sizing. For example, I normally buy (L)Large size t-shirts in Japan, but here in Oz the same t-shirt sizing is labelled as (M)Medium. Hope that makes sense to everyone.

  • Wearing an XL t-shirt now.. tinnny bit big but ok
