[Resolved] Has Anyone Dealt with Online Retailer Finewhip?

I placed an Internet order with them a week ago which hasn't been dispatched despite their website claim "2. When will my order be shipped? Usually within 2-3 working days from the payment date.."

I have called them several times but just got an answering machine where I have left callback requests which haven't happened. They haven't answered the emails I've sent as well.

    I paid by Paypal and lodged a dispute with them. My purchase was sent within a day or so after that.

  • Bought the item pictured but came in a different colour
    Did want the one in the picture but that's not the problem. The problem is the coffee won,t come out.
    It seems there is 2 problems
    The top to bottom is not sealing and when testing it only smell rubber burning and the bottom is not flat so does not make contact with flat element it says it works *********************** Can be used on ceramic, gas or electric tops *********************** But it wont make the coffee,
    This guy wont refund or replace,
    I bought it through paypal checkout so now have started the process through paypal to get my money back but so far no joy. ———- finewhip has declined your request for a $29.90 AUD refund to settle this dispute and has posted a new message in the Resolution Centre.

    (4) Damaged or Faulty Goods

    • Finewhip will either repair or replace your item(s).
    • If the item(s) can not be repaired or replaced, finewhip will refund the full invoiced amount.
    • Please follow the following steps;
      1. Email finewhip. Please include a description of the damage, order number, and items that are damaged.

    It is a condition of each item's warranty that you securely pack the faulty or damaged item so that it is able to be returned to us or the local distributor / manufacturer via the transport carrier. We strongly recommend you retain the packaging your items comes in for the duration of the warranty period so that, in the unlikely event that you will need to return an item for repair or replacement, you will have adequate packaging available to do so. If you dispose of the packaging then it will be your responsibility to source alternative adequate packaging to use to return the item(s).
