    Can't say I agree. Ordered these same socks from them and upon delivery one pair had a hole in. Contacted them and got nothing back, contacted them again and got nothing back so gave up.

    Now 2 pairs of the other socks I bought also have holes in them after just a few wears.

    Concept was great, quality not so much and customer service lacking.

    Or maybe I was just unlucky.

      Oh. Never had to get in touch with them so no idea what after sales support is like. Where are the holes?
