TA's Tracking Tips:

What else is essential

  • Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
  • Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
  • Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.

Good to know

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • If any part of an order is cancelled / returned / exchanged / modified, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

    @tightarse The landing page on the website and app seem to suggest it's uncapped. At the time of posting, the banner shows $15 cashback cap per member. Can you please confirm it's uncapped? Thanks.

    Is the cashback only for one transaction? Or can be applied for multiple transactions per TCB account?

      This offer can be done multiple times per TCB account (without any cap). It's better to do separate transactions in case of cancellations or non-tracking.

      Please ensure you click the 'Get Cashback' pink button to the Bonds website for each new transaction/order for cashback to track.

        Oh! I didnt press the pink button. I pressed the box under "Bonds promotion"/Deals.. should be ok I hope?

        I did it 2 hours ago , havent got tracking..

          That would be fine. Tracking can take about 3-4 hours.
