Any special dates/holidays coming up to buy consoles? (PS4)

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to Australia, and I'm looking to buy a PS4, but I missed all the Christmas special offers last year. So, I wanted to know, are there any special dates or holidays coming, where it's going to be cheap to buy consoles? (When I was in the US there were some special sales dates, such a presidents weeks and such where all electronics where very cheap).

I want to avoid paying the full price for a console to find it cheaper just 2 weeks later, knowing i could have waited that time.

    It's a long time, but E3. Cheap bundles will come out. Retailers will use the hype of E3 game announcements to ship the PS4 and Xbone. I wager $499 with 2/3 games and 2 controllers.

    Console discount a bit random.
    Usually the best deal is around christmas.

    But I had mine bought 1 month ago with the target-ebay store special. $429 with 3 games.

    So stay tune in ozbargin.
