Faulty G1W-C, Any Suggestions?

Guys, i have wasted a good part of day and night on this unit.

i received it from gearbest a few weeks ago and didnt have time to try it until today.

the unit simply freezes after a few seconds of operation (like automatic recording).

i tried to update the firmware (from 2013 to 2014), used different micro-sd cards or turned it on without any sd cards inserted. nothing can solve the problem.

any ideas? also, anyone has experience of dealing with gearbest for warranty issue?
