Found this when researching prices on the Family Q. Natural gas model so perhaps limited interest. I searched a few capitals, seems to be stock in the outer suburbs of Brissy, Melbourne, Sydney & Adelaide at least.

Try Box Hill and Knoxfield VIC, they are currently revamping their stores and their pricing on some items are lower at the moment. credit to masters employee who posts here (can't remember their username) edit that doesn't help you in brisbane sorry.
This is one thing I hate most about Masters, where their pricing is different based on the location you shop at. Furthermore, they have a price match so can you ask for a price match with one of their other location?
Bunnings does not need you to select a location before getting a price, so why are they doing this?

Pricing at Masters is generally national but similar to many other retailers pricing can vary depending on local promotions and competitive pricing.
You may not always notice it but most online retailers require your location to give you pricing. At Masters this is because the price online is based on the price at your closest store.
In this case clearance pricing has been introduced on a wide range discontinued products at the Knoxfield, Box Hill and Northland stores in VIC because they are undergoing a renovation.
Once I get my posting ability back I will look into setting up a central post for clearance prices at these stores to stop confusion.

This is a good bargain and so I might ask for a match price with their own stores.

Marking as expired as no stock in the store reported to have them for $250 (Northland VIC). Other stores are showing as #379.
Hi All, I can confirm this is only available at Box Hill, Northland and Knoxfield as they are currently undergoing renovations and have price reductions on a range of products. Stock is very limited on this product.
