[eBay - EB Games] $50.55 for Fire Emblem Awakening w/ CTECH20 Voucher (PayPal Only)

60
CTECH20

Part of the eBay 20% off tech deal

I believe this is the 2nd cheapest price Fire Emblem: Awakening has ever been for a new Australian copy (the cheapest deal was $47.20 from JB Hi-Fi if you applied their 20% discount voucher to a $59 sale base price and that was an instore price, whereas this one includes a shipping cost).

If you include the 2% Cashback, then it comes down to $49.55 (rounded to nearest 5 cents)

To compare to other store prices:

Store Price (without shipping) Price with shipping
EB Games (with 20% coupon) $45.60 $50.55
EB Games (without 20% coupon) $57 (part of Manager's Special sale) $61.95
JB Hi-Fi $64 $64.99
Gamesmen $64 $67.95
Ozgameshop (EU import) $58.99 $58.99

  • Great game.

  • Best game on the 3DS and a great addition to the series. I'd grab it relatively soon if not from here if you were on the fence, given Fire Emblem's notorious reputation for staying out-of-print and being hard to find down the track.

wow the eb ebay is garbage

  • literally just bought a new 3DS XL last week JUST to play this game. enjoying it so far.

  • Awesome game. One of the best games to have on the 3DS.

It is a good deal if you want it now.

NOTE: There is a new Fire Emblem due out this year for 3DS.

I have picked up quite a few bargains in 3DS games, so I'll put Fire Emblem Awakening on hold until later in the year. I wouldn't be surprised to see some better deals on this one in the coming months. There seems to be no shortage of new stock. It seems to be best for teens or older, so my mob can wait.

  • Thanks OP. I recently got a 3DS and I've been waiting for a decent price on this game. This and Xenoblade Chronicles should tie me over for a couple of months.

bloody hell. $50 for that game still?!
    Wasn't that the launch price?

    • Yes it was. I remember getting an EU copy from Mighty Ape on release date for $50 (not including shipping)

  • Sold out already =(
