    Rihac is great.

    My only feedback:

    1) You cant get their instruction manuals online - they dont want them copied. If you lose your manual, you need to order another one
    2) Your printer may "guess" that you are out of ink, purely based on the number of pages you have printed. What this means is that when your printer tells you that you are out of ink, just pull the cartridge out, put it back in, and if the printer asks, tell it that it is a new cartridge. My experience with RIHAC was far better once I realised this. Prior, I was blaming the system for running dry but that wasn't the case at all.

      We have a lot of our instruction manuals online in video format on our youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/RihacDigitalSolution) Many of our customers find these a lot easier to follow compared to the printed version. We are working on adding a lot more videos and creating an online help center. If you get stuck with installation you can always call out support team on (03) 9005 5555. We do advise to keep hold of your manuals after installation and all the accessories that come with your system in case you need them in the future.

      Some printer models do require a remove to reset procedure - meaning that you need to remove and insert the cartridges again to 'trick' the printer into thinking that there is a new cartridge inserted. The reason for this is that these printers calculate the ink left in OEM cartridges by the amount of printing it has done (ie by pages printed) rather than measuring the physical amount left. This only applies to certain models.

    I use Rihac Ciss for more than 2 years now, its great actually, previously I had miraus ciss it was damage my print and i waste a lot of money. I put printer and ciss in bin, also miraus dose not have good customer service, A+++ Rihac.

      Yes avoid Mir-Aus I had the same experience below, waste of $500 in total for something being sold to save printing costs, they should be banned from Ozb.

    I have been using Rihac CISS for a long time. The service and product are great.

    But I disagree this is a good deal for the price of the promotion.

    For example, getting the most expensive CISS for Brother printer (so that 10% off will give higher $ discount).

    RIHAC CISS for Brother using LC133 LC131 cartridges MFC-J245 J6520 J6720 J6920 ($145)

    Postage is $21.15 to WA (2kg pack).

    Total is $145*90% +$21.15 = $151.65

    Getting it from Rihac ebay shop is $145 with free postage. It is cheaper to get it from ebay unless it is free postage.

    How about enable the 10% discount code on the ebay shop ?

      If you were to ship to victoria the postage costs would be lower. Customers can also arrange store pick up to save even more money

        hmmm, then how come Express postage via website is $26 and via ebay is $13.
        I have screenshots and can upload once home !

        If I was to buy a CISS system for $120 via website, I would get $12 discount, but I would be paying extra $13 for Express shipping as well !

        You actually GAIN $1 by offering a 10% discount via website.

        Based on this I am going to neg this deal.

          @geek7899: If you Calculate the cost from auspost website for the shipping of this product that is the price it will give you (less our $2 handling fee) our website calculates the postage cost directly from australia posts system.

          Like I said before the prices on ebay are ebay only offers and change regularly. This discount coupon applies to all systems, there may have been a couple that are cheaper on ebay, we have over 300 products so sometimes this happens.

          Please note the voucher applies only to CISS systems as stated and not for inks

    I bought from MIR-AUS during one of their promotions. But the ink ran out a lot sooner than I had expected. I looked in the cartridges and it appeared that a lot of ink had dried in there.

    I might try RIHAC. I went MIR-AUS last time because it was cheaper.
    Will order some ink for Epson WF-7510..

    Hey OP, how about free shipping over $100 spend, or for new customers ????

      Rihac products come with a warranty, Rihac is committed to being recognised by customers as the very best supplier of Continuous ink supply systems and refill inks. There are many 'copycat' systems on the market at lower prices but the inks in these are not the same high quality we produce, and can damage or block print heads.

      I can't get it to work either. When I ordered the CISS, they were having some problems with the site rendering in Firefox, so I had to order through Internet Explorer, but this time neither seem to work for Epson XP-950 inks!

    I have looked extensively on their website and can not find any reference to free shipping for extra ink.I would like to order some but I will be charged $17.05 and I cannot get the code to work either.

    I am very disappointed with the purchase I made from Mir-Aus, it rendered two new Epson printers useless (around $400), I will be returning to purchase my next CISS from Rihac.
    I was also frustrated at the harassment to leave feedback on my purchase within a few days seemed very suspect specially given its failure a few weeks later .
    The extra inks I was persuaded to purchase will now be binned without being opened as a result.
