    Sounds like the same sort of experience people have had with the 12% discount that was offered through IAIM / Kajita et al, and serviced by a wonderful mob by the name of Affinity Alliance. The tl;dr version being: don't do it/it's not worth it.

  I used them and they were really slow sending gift cards out - like months. Seemed to want to hang on to your money. Lots of excuses why the cards didn't get sent.

  I am yet to receive the gift cards I bought 16 Dec 14 for delivery in Jan 15, despite numerous emails to/from Kare Kard. As per wfdTamar's comment they give lots of excuses, then say numerous times they will send replacements & then say numerous times that they will give refund - have received neither cards nor refund to date & they stopped communicating 6 Mar 15. (Thanks for nothing Lily, Customer Care!). Now in the process of going through my Bank to get a chargeback. I will NEVER use them again & have warned my friends & family against using them.

  I joined them two years ago. Waited for one month just for them to reply to my queries for my gift card purchase. I ended up cancelling my membership because the gift card was the main reason that I joined. Poor customer service.
