aliexpress doesn't use paypal. you need a CC. it has it's own escrow service. I've made 150+ orders with them with no hassles.

yes. anywhere from a week to 7 weeks. also depends on the shipping method
Aliexpres is basically China's eBay.
I believe you will actually get your money back if you do not get your item. I've bought 5-6 items so far from Alie and have yet to raise a dispute (touch wood).
shipping- usually 4 weeks. but can be 2 weeks. I just received an order that took 8 weeks (only because the seller didn't have stock and only told me after a month)
i've raised disputes for dodgy microSD cards and always gotten my money back through the dispute resolution service (always provide screen shots of h2test).
I have no qualms buying from aliexpress. though, like any china/HK seller. shipping time can be a pain. but if it is half the price and I don't require it immediately…

the only thing is normally the cuffs are up to 42cm this one seems a bit small at 32cm

I would recommend to go with Omron. It is like buying Non Branded Phone and Sony. Everything may be cheaper with Non Branded Phone as 1. They didn't invest in R&D 2. Product testing is really poor
Products like Blood Pressure Machine, Sugar Testing Machine - should be bought branded. But I do agree this machine is extremely cheap. Good Omron Machine comes somewhere around $80-90 with good features like Last 3 reading average, cuff size 22-42cm, built quality, cuff wrap indicator and many more.
These are not important features but BP Machine last for 3-5 years and spending $80-120 is not too much.
I'm probably going out on a limb here, and at grave risk of being neg bombed, but……. some dealers on AliExpress actually DO accept Paypal.
I was pleasantly surprised to see this when recently shopping for a smart charger for my growing Eneloop collection - chargers are much, much cheaper than eBay.
However, I haven't tried to use Paypal with AliExpress yet, & I'm not sure how it COULD work with AliExpress's payment procedure i.e. withold payment to supplier 'till buyer gives OK.
Anybody care to comment?Ive had over 150 transactions through aliexpress and never seen PayPal offered by sellers. Can you provide a link to where this happens?
