Hello all, I noticed that in the past few deals where there are 7.5% or 5% off gift cards, many members don't have entertainment books to take advantage of the discount. I wonder if any members would be open to "selling" their gift cards at cost price to other members who don't want/have the entertainment book to take advantage of the offer.
It may not be suitable for sales where it's flash since you'd have to organise payment to the buyer beforehand but entertainment book deals are rarely ones that end within a few days.
It would take a bit of effort from both sides but would the savings be worth the effort/risk for members or is this idea silly?
You can purchase the 7.5% off Big W eGift cards through Groupon which can be used at Woolworths & the others, so no need for Entertainment Book. See deal, or CashRewards for 5% off if you'd prefer which is always on.
