Where can I get this placebo stuff from? I'm having Tibetan Goji berries, quinoa, blueberries and pomegranate juice for breakfast. Then I'm taking Glucosamine and fish oil but it doesn't seem to be helping the RSI in my wrist.

Sounds like you have carpal tunnel… if its getting worse fast get the cortisone injection or the operation. The injection has lasted over a year for me.
I think the important thing to remember is that as far as the user is concerned a placebo and non-placebo effect is identical - no one has the ability to discern one from the other. So frankly from the users perspective they could be just as well off with this product.
There are after all side effects with most medications and (largely I imagine due to it's non-efficacy :p) no side effects with Snaek I mean Elmore's Oil.
Those oils are one of the few things that can actually help migraine sufferers. Personally they don't work for me but I've spoken to other migraine sufferers who claim to have had some relief, especially with tea tree/eucalyptus oils.
