      I pay $170 odd for 4 meals a day, 7 days a week.

      The 1800 calorie deal is a decent amount of food 4 me.

      It works out at $25 a day delivered to my door, only requirement is 2 litres of milk.

      Yes I eat cheaper by shopping around etc, but this is so convenient for me.

      I have lost 8kg in the last 3 months, but weight loss wasn't the objective, fark I sound like a rep.

      I was automatically subscribed when I submitted my first order - I can't find a link either, so just contact them and have them sort it out. Their customer service is pretty decent.

    For 7 days of three meals (including morning and afternoon tea) at 1500 calories a day, it costs $127, plus $10 for the delivery box. Seems ok.
