  Is this price only online or is it available from the shop resellers?

  For online, there should be information about shipping in the title, else the real total cost is not declared. Actually, even when I made an account and logged in, there was still no shipping mention and I was about to be swept off directly to Paypal, no other option that I noticed.

  Just to confirm, do these fit the old standard outdoor PAR38 fittings?

    That means it is highly unprofessional. Group buy wasn't declared in the OP post and I saw nothing about it on the website. Did you find out how much the shipping was at any stage?

    Did you pay by Paypal? Log into your account and see if they have completed the transaction.
