  • How can I use the Acer Voucher? Can I claim a VISA card?

  • Does anyone know anything about the Acer V3-572-55U5 Laptop? Is it any good?

Harvey Norman seem pretty vague on the laptops' specs (e.g. the exact processor, screen resolution etc).

  • I can't order the usb's online and do store pick up, so can't get the $5 off and get 9 for $22, unless you do delivery which is $5.95 for me.

  • Despite having a tick next to "Free store pick up" on the product page, unfortunately it tells me "Store pick up is not available for this product" when I try to order the SanDisk Cruzer USB flash drives. I've tried a number of Sydney postcodes and they all fail.

I'll try again later today, as it shows a different message after attempting to select a store during checkout: "Stock status may be delayed up to 5 minutes" so maybe nobody's updated the database for the Sunday sale yet. It might kick in after stores open and the sale officially begins.

    • WA doesn't seem to have any pickup options either

  • $238 - Good price for the panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ40

    $349 at the good guys

  • the laptops had me interested, but the bonus is a bit lack lustre.
the Acer V3-572-55U5 Laptop, only difference from the Dick Smith Acer I5 seems to be cosmetics and extra 500GB storage (1TB vs 500MB), so I think the Dicksmith with their extra $90 off they seem to be doing often seems better deal for $509 with all discounts. The new I5 processors (5th gen) are so low in power, got one for my son.

Be nice if the bonus was a tablet or something you could Ebay or on gift for christmas or birthdays.

    I'd rather have one 1x64GB USB than 9x8GB …

    • On a usb2 stick it will be very slow. I've found it's easier to split data across several sticks for back up and piece of mind.

      • Not to be pedantic … ok I'm being pedantic … splitting data will not back it up.

        • Sure - but you know what I mean…. :)

This $5 signup always gives me errors…

  • Good price on the Panasonic Triple Pack Cordless Phone KXTG2723ALM, $58.00 -

    • Yes….Especially since Panasonic uses standard AA/AAA Ni-MH batteries and not the battery packs used by the likes of Uniden.

Somebody bought all the sandisks in all the stores in the last half hour??

Yeah I'm kidding.. I think. But they are all out of stock now it seems. Unless they disabled store pickup (not sure if they can do that unless out of stock)

    • Looks like they just didn't receive any stock at the stores, or they decided to make it an online-only special and forgot to change the product page.

I was just at Bondi Junction and they didn't have any.

      • Originally it showed up in 3-4 stores nearby for pickup.

  • where is the link for sign up credit?

    • Bottom of post

  • I was given a promotional code and apparently it doesn't work when I apply it. Get it together, HN.

    • Are you spend min $25?

  • What do people think of the Phone Nokia Lumia 830 and tablet deal, good bang for buck?
